Services

Based on the client’s budget and comfort zone, I offer as much or as little help as requested.  A range of services is offered that can include:

• Building and zoning code consultation
• Evaluation of buildings and land prior to purchase
• Assisting clients in defining budgets and goals
• Preparing schematic design options
• Creating construction documents
• Master planning / phasing of projects
• Assisting in contractor selection
• Obtaining permits
• Cabinetry design
• Fixture, material and color selection
• Construction administration

If it is required by the scope of a particular project, a team can be assembled to include engineers (civil, structural, etc.) and contractors.

Rates and Billing

At the start of each project an estimate of design fees is developed.  Each job is billed at $60 per hour.
